Since Andy has begun work he doesn't always make it home before the boys go to bed. So when we get a call from him saying he is on his way home, and the boys are still up, there is an explosion of excitement. And Soren heads over to the window to wait for daddy. If he leaves his post he is quick to delegate the watching to me with the understanding that, "Yell for me right when you see him mom." We love our daddy and any time we have with him.
