To prepare ourselves, and our front porch, for Halloween we made our way to a pumpkin patch. Where we rode ponies, went in bounces houses, down slides, through mazes, on hay rides, and found the perfect pumpkins...
Then we carved our pumpkins, Vera was the only one with a "yucky" face. But she didn't seem to mind too much because she kept reaching her hand in and scooping gunk out.
And of course we broke out our costumes...
The cold clown,
The cold ballerina,
The cold pirate,
And the cold vampire.
Trick-or-treating here we come!

Love the costumes. Funny that you guys were cold and we were super warm. Wish we could see you guys everyday like when we were there. Our kids still talk about our visit everyday. It was sure fun!
