We don't grow hair very well in our family, at least the Kohl genes don't. So this little girl had to wait until she was 4 before her first hair cut, and even then it was really done in hopes of making it appear thicker and like we chose to keep it short.
Mission Accomplished.
I love it, her daddy loves it, and she loves it.
