For Memorial Day we went on a canoe trip down the river that runs by my parent's house. My dad dropped us off further north and we canoed back to their house. It ended up being a 4 and a half hour trip but we had a blast. The kids fished, let their hands splash in the water, looked for turtles, and munched on snacks while Andy and I paddled. Next time we will do a shorter trip so the kids have more time to play in the water!
