We spent our first couple of days in Oregon camping at Beverly Beach State Park. The campgrounds were connected to the beach under the archway in the picture below. We spent our days with family exploring,
playing on the beach
(don't let the warm sunny pictures deceive you, it was chilly...
but that didn't stop them from getting in and playing),
climbing sand dunes,
and picking flowers.

Jumping in the sand dunes looks a little scary. I think I would've feared for my family's life. :-)
